  • CADPI was recognized by the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, and the Philippine League of Labor-Management Cooperation Practitioners, Inc. as an Outstanding Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) Awardee for Industrial Peace in 2005, 2003, and 2001.
     
  • CADPI received in March 2000 the Pro-Active Achievement Hall of Fame Award from the Department of Trade and Industry - Center for Labor Relations Assistance in recognition of its commitment to industrial harmony and improvement of productivity and quality.
     
  • CADPI emerged as Sikap-Gawa Industrial Peace Awardee by the Labor Management Cooperation in April 1997.
