Environment, Health and Safety Policy
The Company is committed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees by providing medical and hospitalization assistance through a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or Third Party Administrator (TPA); medicine privileges; dental and optical privileges; annual physical exam or executive check up for officers; circulation of medical articles and features as part of Health Awareness Program; and participation in a blood-letting program to promote health awareness and consciousness.
RHI also sponsors trainings to enhance the skills of its employees. These include: One RHI Management Series (Management Development Program); Job Fundamentals Training; Cadetship Program; Various External Trainings aligned with employees' technical and leadership competency requirements; RHI Business Essentials; One RHI Leadership Series (Leadership Development Program); and Succession Management Programs.”
Safety is also a top priority of RHI. In line with this, the Company has put in place an Environment, Health and Safety Policy.
